Trotters is ‘upside down’, five of the bedrooms are on the ground floor where you will also find a TV room, laundry and two bathrooms.

TV room
This contains two sofas and an internet enabled flat screen TV (with subscription to SKY Sports and Children’s channels). Here there are also ample coat hooks and storage for shoes. And finally you will find tennis rackets and other games that you are free to use.
End super king bedroom
This is the largest room downstairs with a Super King sized double bed, French doors opening on to the garden and its own sink. It has one cupboard with clothes rail and shelves, a chest or drawers and make up table. It has a radiator and a fitted electric heater.
Super King bedroom
This is a relatively new addition to the house and contains a Super King bed (that can be separated into two full sized singles), a sink, wardrobe and chest of drawers. This is the quietest room downstairs so definitely the room to grab if you like to lie in.

Next to the double bedroom and Super King this room contains two twin beds, a sink, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Second twin bedroom
This is the slightly larger of the two twin rooms and contains two full sized single beds, a sink and wardrobe.
Children’s bunk room
This contains 2 sets of full-sized single bunk beds. Large enough to take adults but usually the preserve of children. It has a sink, wardrobe with shelves and a small tall boy. The airing cupboard (locked) is situated in this room.
We also have a travel cot which is kept under bunk beds.
Family bathroom
The largest bathroom with a large enamel bath with a shower over it, a sink and loo. It also has two heated towel rails, one running from the central heating the other is electric (the isolator switch for this is at ground level outside the bathroom to the right hand side of the door).
Power shower room
This is a small loo with shower under the stairs. Whilst small this is probably the best shower and used heavily by those in the know!
There is also a sink and heated towel rail which runs off the central heating and has an electric override.
Laundry room.
Next to the family bathroom the laundry contains a washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes horse and iron. It also contains a utility sink, bucket and mop and an electric shower for those days when absolutely everyone needs to get clean at the same time. In the laundry you will also find the central heating and hot water controls.
Leave both hot water zones set to ‘Constant’ while in the house.
On departure switch both hot water zones to ‘Off’.
Leave the central heating on ‘Auto’ (7-11am and 4-11pm) while in the house. If you want more warmth press ‘Boost’ to switch the heating on for 1 hour, press twice for two hours. If you press a third time it goes back to Auto.
Hall and stairs
In the hallway you will find a fire extinguisher (outside the power shower room) and the wireless router. The WiFi network is BTHub5-FT82 and the code is: a5ed843735
